Delete your Upgram account

• In the Upgram app: open your profile, then Settings → Help & Support → Delete Account, and confirm.
• On the web: sign in, then go to Settings → Delete account and confirm.
• Or write to [email protected] from the address you sign in with, and we will delete it for you.

Sign in and delete your account

• Your profile: name, username, bio and sign-in identity.
• Your followers and the people you follow, your likes and your blocks.
• Your learning progress, quiz attempts and watch history.
• Your notifications, devices registered for push, and your chat account (your direct conversations are closed).
• Your access to the courses you enrolled in.

• Videos, shorts and courses you published, and your comments and reviews, stay on Upgram with no name attached.
• Certificates you earned stop being linked to you.

If you want published content removed as well, delete it from the app before you delete your account, or write to [email protected].

• An instructor account with payout records can't be deleted from the app or the web. Write to us and we will close it for you.
• While a course purchase is still being processed, wait until it finishes and try again.
